Kayu Aro Kerinci (Piece of Paradise)

Kayu Aro is a district in Kerinci regency, Jambi, Indonesia. Was established on June 12, 1996 under Regulation N0. 47/1996. The central government in Batang Sangir.

1. Mount Kerinci
Mount Kerinci (also spelled "Kerintji", and is known as the Mountain Tower, Volcano Kurinci, Kerinchi, Korinci, or Peak of Indrapura) is the highest mountain in Sumatra, the highest volcano in Indonesia, and the highest peak in Indonesia outside Papua. Mount Kerinci in Jambi Province is located on the border with the province of West Sumatra, in the Bukit Barisan Mountains, near the west coast, and is located about 130 km south of Padang. The mountain is surrounded by dense forest Kerinci Seblat National Park and is a habitat for Sumatran tigers and Sumatran rhinoceros.

The peak of Mount Kerinci is located at an altitude of 3,805 meters above sea level, visitors can see in the distance stretches a beautiful view of the city of Jambi, Padang and Bengkulu. 3. Danau Gunung Tujuh
Gunung Tujuh Lake is a lake located in Kerinci regency, Jambi. precisely in the Village Pelompek, District Ayu Aro.
